Dzra’s share only. Your payment provider charges its own transaction fee on top, and that goes to them, not to us. Business becomes the cheaper plan once you are selling about GH₵7,450.00 of goods a month.

Where the money actually goes.
Is there a fee to open a store?
No. Opening a store, adding products and publishing it cost nothing. You are only charged when a customer pays you.
Is the payment provider’s fee included?
No. Mobile Money and card transactions carry a fee set by the payment provider, deducted before the money reaches your account. Dzra’s commission is separate and is what is quoted on this page.
Do you take a cut of the delivery fee?
No. Commission is charged on the goods total only. The delivery fee you set reaches you in full, because that money is usually going straight back out to a rider.
What happens if an order is refunded?
The commission on a refunded order is returned to you. See the returns and refunds policy for how refunds work.
Can I change plan or leave?
Yes, either way, at any time. There is no contract and no exit fee, and your products, orders and customer records remain yours.
Do prices include VAT?
Subscription and commission figures on this page are shown exclusive of VAT and statutory levies, which are added where they apply.
