Where the money actually goes.
Is there a fee to open a store?
No. Opening a store, adding products and publishing it cost nothing. You are only charged when a customer pays you.
Is the payment provider’s fee included?
No. Mobile Money and card transactions carry a fee set by the payment provider, deducted before the money reaches your account. Dzra’s commission is separate and is what is quoted on this page.
Do you take a cut of the delivery fee?
No. Commission is charged on the goods total only. The delivery fee you set reaches you in full, because that money is usually going straight back out to a rider.
How does the free trial work?
Every plan starts with 12 days free, counted from the day your shop opens rather than the day you sign up. No card is needed, and you can switch plans during the trial. We remind you before it ends. If no plan has been paid 3 days after it ends, customers can still see your shop but cannot order until you choose one. Nothing is ever deleted.
How do I pay for a plan?
Mobile Money or card, the same way your customers pay you, monthly or once a year for the price of 10 months. If you pay by card we renew it automatically. Mobile Money in Ghana cannot be charged again without you, so we email you a payment link a few days before each renewal instead.
What if I upgrade in the middle of a month?
You pay only the difference for the days that are left, and your renewal date does not move. Downgrades take effect at the end of the month you have already paid for, so you never lose something you paid for.
What happens if a payment fails?
Your shop stays open and keeps taking orders. We email you, and you have seven days to pay. After that, customers can still see your shop but cannot order until you pay. Nothing is deleted, and paying starts orders again straight away.
What happens if I pass my order limit?
Nothing stops. Every order still goes through and every customer still pays you. We tell you that you have passed it and suggest a plan that fits; we do not close a shop that is doing well.
What happens if an order is refunded?
The commission on a refunded order is returned to you. See the returns and refunds policy for how refunds work.
Can I change plan or leave?
Yes, either way, at any time. There is no contract and no exit fee, and your products, orders and customer records remain yours.
Do prices include VAT?
Subscription and commission figures on this page are shown exclusive of VAT and statutory levies, which are added where they apply.
