Features

Everything a small Ghanaian shop needs to sell online.

Dzra is deliberately narrow. It does the loop from a customer seeing your product to you handing it over, and it tries to do that part properly.

Your storefront

A shop page you would be happy to send to a customer.

Three templates in warm, restrained palettes. Your logo, your colours, your photos. The page is built so nothing on it competes with your product photography, and it is fast on a phone with two bars of signal.

  • Three looks — Bone, Ink and Clay — with your own colour and logo
  • A home page you arrange yourself: hero, featured products, your story
  • Product pages with sizes, colours and multiple photos
  • Works on any phone, and stays fast on a slow connection
  • Your own Dzra address to share anywhere

Checkout and payments

Customers pay themselves, the way they already pay.

Mobile Money and cards, in cedis, on a checkout designed for a small screen. Prices are recalculated on our servers at the moment of payment, so a total can never be tampered with in the browser.

  • Mobile Money (MTN, Telecel, AirtelTigo) and Visa or Mastercard
  • Everything priced in cedis, with no rounding surprises
  • Delivery fee shown in the total before payment, never after
  • An order is only paid when the payment provider confirms it
  • Every payment attempt recorded, so nothing is ever counted twice

Orders and fulfilment

One list, in order, with the whole history attached.

Every order carries its own reference, the customer, what they bought, where it is going and what has happened to it so far. Status changes are recorded permanently — you can always see who changed what and when.

  • New, paid, packed, out for delivery, delivered — one clear track
  • A permanent event log on every order
  • Customer name, phone and delivery address on the order itself
  • One tap to message the customer on WhatsApp about their order
  • A confirmation page the customer can keep and come back to

Products and stock

Stock that reflects what is actually on your shelf.

Stock only comes down when money has landed, not when someone adds to cart and disappears. Sizes and colours are tracked separately, so selling out of medium does not take the whole product off the shelf.

  • Sizes, colours and other variants, each with its own price and stock
  • Stock decremented only on confirmed payment
  • Sold-out variants marked on the storefront automatically
  • Categories to group what you sell
  • Turn stock tracking off for made-to-order items

Delivery

You know your city better than any pricing table does.

Name the areas you deliver to and set your own fee for each. Customers choose their area at checkout and see the real total before they pay.

  • Unlimited delivery areas with your own fee for each
  • Fees kept in full — commission is charged on goods only
  • Pickup as an option where you would rather hand over yourself

Trust and security

The boring parts, done properly.

A commerce platform is judged on the things a merchant should never have to think about. Your data is yours alone, payment status comes from the payment provider and nowhere else, and prices are always settled on the server.

  • Every merchant’s data is strictly separated from every other merchant’s
  • Payment status decided by the provider’s signed notification only
  • Prices recomputed on the server at checkout, never trusted from the browser
  • Your products, orders and customers stay yours — export and leave freely

What Dzra does not do yet

Worth knowing before you sign up, so you are not waiting for something that is not there.

  • Cash on delivery
  • A point-of-sale till for a physical shop
  • A phone app — the store runs in the browser
  • Custom domain names
  • Automatic product descriptions

Your store, open tonight.

No card needed, no setup fee. If you never sell anything, you never pay anything.
