Do I need a business registration?
Not to open a store and start selling. You will need registration details and a bank or Mobile Money account in the business name before payouts can be set up with our payment provider.
How do I get paid?
Customers pay by Mobile Money or card at checkout. The money is settled to the account you register with our payment provider, less their transaction fee and our commission.
Can I use my own domain name?
Every store gets a Dzra address that works immediately. Custom domains are on the way; tell us on the contact page if you need one and we will let you know when it is ready.
What if my customers still prefer WhatsApp?
They can keep messaging you — every store has a WhatsApp button. The change is that browsing, choosing and paying no longer have to happen in a chat thread.
